My personalised 1:1 coaching starts with a 90-minute initial call and I will take a comprehensive assessment of your medical history, nutrition, lifestyle, digestive health, emotional and mental wellness and sleep. This may involve identifying patterns of disharmony, such as excess or deficiency, and determining the underlying root causes of your symptoms. We will follow with six subsequent sessions, involving a deep exploration of your well-being over three months.

As part of this holistic approach, you’ll receive a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) Functional Lab Test. Additionally, we’ll discuss other vital tests that may be needed, whether DNA methylation testing, Blood tests or Microbiome testing, to understand your unique health profile comprehensively.
