After many years of health struggles, I turned to nature and herbal remedies to help me, and my good health started to return. I fell in love with the healing power of food and began my journey into holistic health.
I am now committed to helping others make positive changes in both their physical well-being and mental outlook. My passion lies in motivating and inspiring others to transform their body and live healthier and happier lives.
I studied at The Academy of Healing Nutrition and I learned how to take a holistic approach to health, considering not only the physical aspects, but also the emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of well-being. I explored the Mind-Body Connection, the connection between mental and emotional well-being and nutrition. This includes practices like mindfulness and stress reduction. The human body is capable of incredible things and taking responsibility for YOUR own health is the most powerful choice you will ever make. My goal is to help you achieve your goals and to see you happy and healthy again.
A holistic approach considers the interconnectedness of the mind, body and soul. Restoring harmony and balance promotes health and prevents illness.
