my story

After many years of health struggles, I turned to nature and nutrition for help and my health began to return. I fell in love with the power of food and lifestyle to restore balance, which led me into holistic health.

I became a certified holistic health practitioner and an integrative health/functional medicine coach, and I have spent many years studying human physiology and root-cause approaches to wellbeing. Along the way, I’ve continued my professional development with leading labs such as Genova Diagnostics and Regenerus, completing CPD-accredited training in adrenal and hormone testing, mineral balance, and metabolic health.

My passion lies in helping others make positive changes in both their physical wellbeing and mental outlook. I work with busy professionals who want clarity, not overwhelm, translating complex blood and mineral tests into simple, actionable plans. My role isn’t to replace your doctor but to complement medical care with clear nutrition and lifestyle strategies that improve energy, focus, and resilience.

Root cause healing

I trained at The Academy of Healing Nutritionwhere I learned to approach health through a truly holistic lens, recognising that physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing are all connected. Building on this, I have also completed advanced training in Integrative Health and Functional Medicine, which deepened my ability to use lab testing, nutritional biochemistry, and lifestyle design to uncover the root causes of imbalance.

My studies have explored the mind–body connection in depth, including how food, stress, and emotional balance influence energy, mood, and resilience. Mindfulness and stress reduction are just as essential as the right nutrition, and both play a central role in sustainable health.

I believe the human body is capable of incredible things when given the right support. Taking responsibility for your health is one of the most powerful choices you can make. My role is to provide you with the clarity and structure to make that choice simple, effective, and sustainable.

 A holistic approach considers the interconnectedness of the mind, body and soul. Restoring harmony and balance promotes health and prevents illness.

Monitoring and accountability

I’ll check in with you on a regular basis to see how you’re progressing. If something isn’t working, we’ll adjust your nutrition plan together. My role is to help you stay consistent, spot what needs tweaking, and keep you moving forward.
