Philips Infrared Heat Lamp Bulb (R125, 250W)

This is the classic red infrared heat bulb I keep coming back to when I want proper warmth, fast. It’s not an LED, it’s a heat lamp, so it throws out real heat you can feel straight away. I like it for cosy evening routines, warming up a chilly room corner, or using with a suitable lamp as a simple heat source when you want that old school incandescent style glow.

A few useful notes before you buy: it’s a 250W bulb, so it runs hot, and you need a lamp or fitting that is rated for the wattage and heat. Always give it space, keep it away from anything flammable, and do not leave it unattended.

If you’re someone who likes simple routines and products that feel straightforward, this is a solid pick.

Peppersmith English spearmint gum

This is my go to gum for when I want something minty but I do not want sugar. It’s sweetened with xylitol, which is one of the better “sweet” options because mouth bacteria do not use it the same way they use sugar. Chewing gum also boosts saliva, which helps your mouth feel fresher after food. If you are sensitive, do not overdo it, xylitol can upset your stomach in higher amounts. Keep it away from dogs, it can be dangerous for them.

Weleda salt toothpaste, fluoride free, 75 ml

This is the toothpaste I keep coming back to when I want my mouth to feel properly clean, without the usual harsh foaming stuff. It’s a sea salt toothpaste with peppermint, so it has that fresh, tingly finish, and it does not contain fluoride or SLS. The taste is a bit salty at first, give it a few brushes and it just feels normal, then you start to miss it when you switch back.

Glycine Powder 500g

Glycine is one of my quiet little favourites.

It’s a simple amino acid, but it does a lot of behind the scenes work that modern life tends to drain. It supports your collagen building, so it’s useful for skin, joints, and connective tissue, and it also helps your liver with normal daily processing. A lot of people also like it at night because it can feel calming and help the brain switch off, without that “knocked out” feeling.

I love it because it’s basic, affordable, and it stacks well with an animal based lifestyle. If you already do bone broth, gelatin, slow cooked meats, or collagen rich cuts, you’re getting some. Glycine is like the top up for days when life is busy and food is not perfect.

Solgar vitamin B2 riboflavin 100 mg, vegetable capsules

This is a simple vitamin B2 option from Solgar, in an easy capsule. Riboflavin helps normal energy release and can support tiredness reduction, which is why I keep it on my list. It’s a straightforward formula with vegetable capsules, and it suits people who prefer a clean supplement with no fuss.

Vinco Benfotiamine 300 mg, vitamin B1, 120 vegan capsules

This is a high strength B1 supplement in the benfotiamine form, which is a fat soluble version of B1. It’s a simple one to keep consistent with, one capsule a day, and the bottle lasts ages because it’s 120 capsules. It’s also vegan and made to be free from gluten and common allergens, so it’s a tidy option if you like minimal fuss.

Trace Minerals ConcenTrace drops

Full spectrum minerals, 237 ml
This is a super concentrated mineral dropper you add to water, a few drops at a time. It’s unflavoured, low-sodium, and made from a concentrated sea-water mineral complex, so it’s an easy way to top up minerals without another capsule. It does have that strong “mineral” taste, so I treat it like a tiny add on, if you can really taste it, you probably used too much.
